Human beings operate through five centers of intelligence and experience, each with its own strengths, desires, and way of engaging with life. Most of us rely heavily on only a few centers, while neglecting or avoiding others. The result is often a smaller life than is genuinely possible for us, affecting our work, relationships, and spiritual growth.

In this event, we will:

• Explore the Five Centers of Human Experience and provide practical tools to help you recognize how these centers operate in your own life.

  
  

• Share helpful starter steps for developing each center and regulating those that have become too dominant or unbalanced.

The event will include a practical inner exercise designed to help balance and strengthen the centers in just five minutes a day.

You can only begin to change and grow when you see yourself more clearly.
