About the event
In this event, you will:
realize how searching for satisfaction through experiences that provide excitement or comfort can become a painful, endless loop
understand how spiritual development opens a different path to happiness and well-being
learn practical ways you can begin to change for real
The Comfort-Excitement Loop
Much of our lives can shift between two powerful pulls.
We look for the familiar: home, routines, people and places that give us comfort and security.
Then we become restless. We want something different: a trip, a purchase, a new experience, a new challenge.
The new is exciting for a while. Then we begin longing for the familiar again.
Back and forth we go. Comfort. Excitement. Comfort. Excitement.
Both are enjoyable, but the satisfaction only lasts so long. When it runs dry, we feel the urge to search again. Forever shifting between the two can become a painfully closed loop.
You can have a good life, enjoy wonderful experiences and still find yourself asking, “What's next?” or “Why am I not satisfied?”
And wherever you go between the familiar and the new, the same person goes with you.
But there is a way to step outside of this recurring loop, and it begins with spiritual development. As we spiritually develop, we build real substance within ourselves, and lasting well-being is one of its natural byproducts.
Important areas we'll be touching on include:
building deeper qualities such as confidence, humility, warmth and strength
reducing the hold of ego identity, the need for validation and other limiting patterns
Open a new path to lasting happiness and well-being at our upcoming event.
Join us live online to be part of the experience—recordings won't be available.
