Have you ever considered the future—or the means by which it appears? Whatever your answer may be, here Dana Hoffer offers more for your consideration.
The future is at our door ALL THE TIME.
Whether we see it or not, whether we can read the runes of its onsetting or not, it is already here, present, permeating into the NOW.
First, quietly, and then – not so quietly.
You call it HOPE, thinking it is a self-made property, not knowing it is the future making itself known to you, offering its potential and possibilities for you to dream about, to draw power from, work for, and thus summon until its full manifestation.
The ancients called it PROPHECY, and it was the share of those who could travel into the future, fetching from it the possibilities not yet realized, to then become realized, or not, according to what powers could be harnessed by those who saw and felt, and believed, or stood against.
The attempts to draw from the future’s realms the possibilities that are most desired are called PRAYER, but unlike common belief, it is not done in the way of speech or the utterance of wishes, for the future will not yield to such—for what we do repeatedly is a prayer that speaks louder than words.
This exchange between the future and the present can happen not only at the unavoidable meeting point, when the present meets the future as it turns into actuality. The exchange can also happen outside the dimension of time, where the future is a non-fixed potential and possibility and the present is the actuality after choice.
Thus the potential sends a probe into the already. The 'probe' carries the not-met-before frequencies, or at least the flavors of it. When this exchange happens, it enables the potential to measure itself against the physical worlds and to adjust itself accordingly—for the future also has a future to which it needs to align. The mixing together of frequencies will trigger the present to prepare itself for what is coming, thus integration at the actual meeting point will be smooth, or smoother.
Some will make this conversation with the future their daily routine, thus establishing and maintaining a large bandwidth of communication between them and the not-yet-written, thus becoming the writers, as well as the readers and actors, of the future.
